Viognier, Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne – made from certified organic grapes
A natural “orange” wine made by leaving the juice on extended skin contact, allowing “oxidation, and using minimal additives. This produces a white wine with a dark yellow or orange colour, intense and bold flavours, and a little something different.
Full flavoured dishes with rich, natural oil component such as strong cheeses, cured meat, or fish. Raclette and chorizo, or seared salmon.
Grapes are hand-picked according to phenolic ripeness into small baskets, naturally fermented on native yeasts, in line with SIP principles, and then matured in 2nd or 3rd fill French oak barrels and stainless-steel tank for 9 months.
Less than 300 bottles available.
The wine is drinking well now and will continue to improve for another 3 years or more.
