Aromas of bright red berries with subtle, fresh acidity and mineral overtones. The wine has a warm mouthfeel with a gentle finish on soft tannins.
Vinification Details:
Grapes are hand-picked according to each cultivar’s phenolic ripeness and naturally fermented with frequent punch-downs. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks and old French wood. The wine matures for 6-8 months as individual varietals, followed by another 2-3 months post-blending. Minimal SO2 is added, with no other additives, adhering to EU and NOP organic standards.

Drink now or age for another 5 years+.
