43% Shiraz, 29% Mourvèdre, and 28% Grenache.

Tasting Notes:
A juicy, medium-bodied red blend with generous red fruit flavors balanced by soft earthy tannins.

Vinification Details:
Each cultivar is vinified separately to allow flavors to develop fully. The Grenache and Mourvèdre were fermented in open fermenters, with one-third of the grapes whole-bunch fermented. The Shiraz was 100% destemmed. The wine is pressed in a basket press and aged in old French oak barrels, and is unfiltered and unfined to preserve maximum flavor and mouthfeel.

Drink now or age for another 5 years+.
