Dusty blue fruit and lavender on the nose with a juicy palate. The wine offers a sweet and sour profile with structured tannins that build over time.

Vinification Details:
The grapes undergo part whole-bunch and part destemmed fermentation in open tanks. The fermenting must receives two punch-downs daily, allowing for a softer, slower extraction of color and tannin. The wine is pressed in a basket press and aged in old French oak barrels. It is unfiltered and unfined to maintain its maximum flavor and mouthfeel.

Ageing Potential:
Drink now or age for another 5 years or more.
