An elegant, naturally made Swartland white blend with minimal intervention. Golden yellow in color, with subtle aromas of white peach and dried pineapple, followed by hints of almond on a lingering finish.
Vinification Details:
Grapes are handpicked according to phenolic ripeness, with natural fermentation and frequent punch-downs according to SIP guidelines. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks and old French wood, with 6-8 months of maturation for individual varietals and another 2-3 months after blending. Minimal SO2 is added, adhering to EU and NOP organic standards.

Drink now or age for another 3 years or more.
