Tasting Notes:
Harvested from a single block of bush vines, varying ripeness at harvest gives a deliciously salty palate with notes of candied orange rind, lime zest and white peach.
Vinification Details:
A single block grows a mixture of Chenin Blanc, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc bush vines, which are harvested together. The grapes are mixed in the vineyard, and naturally fermented as single batch in gentle oak, despite their varying ripenesses, for 9 months.
Ageing Potential:
Drink now or age for another 3 years or more.
