Case of 6 | Certified Organic

A natural white blend subtly influenced by “Flor” yeast. A savoury or nutty palate, finished off with a surprising freshness and a tanginess.

Certified Organic: Certified organic by ECOCERT.

This wine is a blend of 67% Viognier, 18% Chenin Blanc, and 15% Grenache Blanc.

Tasting Notes:
A natural white blend aged in old oak barrels, subtly influenced by a unique strain of yeast called “Flor.” This process imparts a naturally savory, nutty character, with a slightly tangy flavor profile and bright acidity.

Vinification Details:
Grapes are handpicked and naturally fermented separately to develop their individual characters before blending. The wine is aged in old oak barrels with a thin film of Flor yeast to create its unique profile. Unfiltered to maintain maximum flavor and mouthfeel.

Ageing Potential:
The wine is drinking well now, and its high pH and balanced acidity will allow it to age in the bottle for another 3 years or more.
