An elegant Swartland blend with aromas of dark red berries, prunes, and anise, complemented by distinctive mineral overtones. The wine has a silky mouthfeel and a gentle finish on ripe tannins.
Vinification Details:
Grapes are handpicked according to phenolic ripeness, and natural fermentation occurs with frequent punch-downs. Malolactic fermentation is conducted in stainless steel tanks and old French wood, with 6-8 months of maturation of individual varietals and another 2-3 months after blending. Minimal SO2 is added, adhering to EU and NOP organic standards.
Ageing Potential:
Drink now or age for 5 years or more.
